Wyldmark’s approach
Experienced judgement. Direct involvement.
Wyldmark is an independent consultancy working across rural, development and dispute resolution sectors.
Led by Calum Gillhespy, the business combines practical experience, commercial judgement and clear strategic thinking to support landowners, developers and professionals with important decisions, negotiations and contentious or complex matters.
A consultancy built around clear judgement.
Wyldmark was created to provide clear, commercially grounded support across the rural, development and resolution sectors.
The consultancy works with clients who need more than broad advice. They need someone who can understand the detail, assess the wider context and help define a practical route forward.
That may involve supporting long-term projects, advising on contractual agreements, reviewing value and helping to unlock negotiations or bringing a fresh and positive view to a matter.
In each case, the role is the same: to bring clarity, judgement, a positive attitude and momentum to matters where decisions carry real weight.
Led by Calum Gillhespy.
Wyldmark is led by Calum Gillhespy, an experienced property professional with a background in rural property, development consultancy and dispute resolution.
His work combines practical, hands-on experience with positive, strategic thinking and a can-do attitude to every situation.
Clients work directly with Calum because they get senior involvement from the outset, clear lines of communication, advice shaped by a direct understanding of the matter and a fresh, results orientated approach.
Personal involvement is not a limitation.
It is the value which is brought to every instruction.
A practical way forward.
Wyldmark’s approach is structured, direct and adaptable. Each matter is different, but the way of working is grounded in the same principles.
The consultancy is built to respond to changing circumstances with flexibility, pragmatism and resolve. When new issues arise, the aim is to address them directly, understand their impact, think laterally and focus on agreed outcomes.
This reflects the way Calum describes his own working approach: positive, practical and focused on finding workable outcomes, even when the route is not immediately obvious.
